1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI TaskFlow, you agree to these terms.

2. Free vs Pro Plan

Free Plan: 5 AI task generations per month. Manual task creation is unlimited.
Pro Plan: Unlimited AI task generations. $9/month billed monthly.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment. No refunds for subsequent months after 7 days.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms (spam, abuse of AI, illegal content). You may delete your account anytime.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI TaskFlow provides task suggestions only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated tasks.

6. Changes to Terms

We will notify users via email of significant changes.
